SOON - NEW OPERATOR OF CELL PHONE

The third operator of cell phone will start its activities after six
month it is announced the winner, said Gurgen Sargsyan, the minister
of Communication and Transport.
According to the minister after the second operator arrived in
Armenia serious changes have been registered both in service quality
and price. "In this regard we can say that the third operator will
contribute to the service improvement, price decrease and more
consumers," said the minister.
He said that some financial and technical points were the obstacles
of not announcing international tender but in June they will make
the announcement.
