As we have already informed, the Armenian government has decided to
allocate 1 billion 450 million drams from the reserve fund of the
Armenian budget to the NKR ministry of finance, of which 1.5 billion
is an interstate loan, 250 million is a grant.
We inquired from the ministry of finance for what purpose the money
was requested or if it was an act of good faith on behalf of the
Armenian government.
The ministry informed that they are aware if the government of
Armenia but they will decide on what to spend the money after the
money is disbursed.
