Janet Schulman and Matthew Rayer of Bienvenidos Children's Center Inc,
sold its foster-children's home at 183-205 E Palm St. in Altadena,
CA to new owner-user Shahe Garabedian, principal of the Sahag-Mesrob
Armenian Christian School.
The property was built in 1994, spanning 2.72 acres over two
parcels. The sale includes a 3,084 SF single-family residence and
25,700 SF parcel that will serve as offices for administration for
the new owners.
The school was established in 1980 with a mission to provide the
students with Christ-centered education with an Armenian heritage
and cultural programs. Each student becomes acquainted with Christian
teaching and faith, the Armenian language and history and excellence
in learning under disciplined conditions.
Martin Cohan, Joshua Levy and Paul Brehme of Marcus & Millichap
represented the sellers. The buyers were represented in-house.
