S. OHANYAN RECEIVED SERGEY KAPINOS

Today the Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan received the delegation
headed by Ambassador Sergey Kapinos the chairman of OSCE Yerevan
office. According to the press secretary of the ministry, Mr Ohanyan
greeted the guest and said he hopes new successes will be registered
chaired by the Ambassador.
In the beginning of the meeting the officials talked about improving
the mechanisms of democratic supervision in the Armed Forces in Rain
the frameworks of alternative military service and military reforms and
human rights protection in the project of RA-NATO Personal Cooperation.
The officials paid attention to the reforms conducted in the armed
forces field. In the end of the meeting the Ambassador thanked the
minister for the cooperation with OSCE office.
