PAKISTANI SINGER NAJAM SHERAZ TO BE PART OF WORLD PEACE CONCERT

WASHINGTON, June 17 (APP): Famous Pakistani singer Najam Sheraz will
be among artists who perform at an international concert later this
week in Los Angeles, aimed at fostering peace in the world.
This extraordinary event on Saturday (June 21st) is expected to reach
out and touch about a billion people around the world through simulcast
via TV, radio and the Internet.
The event will feature artists, politicians, motivational speakers
and prominent figures from the East and West as they join together
in the spirit of brotherhood to draw attention to the benefits of
peace and reaffirm common commitment to unite humanity through love
and understanding.
World Peace for Life founder and CEO Prince Ali has set upon achieving
peace objective by serving as a bridge between Middle Eastern and
Western culture and by using the common language of music.
Coming to America from his war-torn native Afghanistan, his campaign
for peace and unity is growing into a global movement, a news
release said.
Among the confirmed participants for the June 21st concert are Rouben
Hakhverdian (Twice Best Armenian Male Singer), Shahbal Shabpareh
of Black Cats (Legendary, multiplatinum Iranian group), Brandy (R&B
singer), Prince Ali (twice multiplatinum selling singer), Tom Trbovich
(legendary director of "We Are The World"), Rev. Dr. Michael Beckwith
(Founder and leader of Agape International/Book of Secrets), Rickie
Byars (AGAPE's Artistic Director), Howard McCrary (Grammy Award
nominated/Legend of Gospel & Jazz), Li-Tong ( singer, actress,
entertainer in China, "Most Promising Chinese Talent of Europe"
in 2000), Kenny O'Brien (Five times Latin Grammy Award-winning/ La
