PRESIDENT SARGSYAN MEETS WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF "AYB" CLUB

President Serzh Sargsyan today met with representatives of the "Ayb"
club and the educational fund.
Representatives of "Ayb" presented to the President he club's activity,
which is mainly directed towards the reformation of the educational
sphere, formation of an exemplary educational atmosphere and supporting
talented children. Speaking about future programs, they presented the
"Ayb educational link," which, if implemented, will become the first
school campus with all components - school, church, sports complex,
workroom, hostel, etc.
Noting that the Government provided land for the implementation of
the program long ago, the authors of the project said the assistance
of the private sector would also be welcomed.
Guaranteeing the participation and assistance of the state, the
President said that although the idea seems to be a little utopist
today, he is assured there will be great results. Serzh Sargsyan said
also that he welcomes all the initiatives which are directed at raising
the educational level of the society and unification of the public.
Agreeing that Armenia has restricted natural resources, the
participants of the sitting said intellect is the main resource
of our country, which should be maximally developed. As a result,
Armenia will give ideas to the world instead of physical values.
