RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing the
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of
Armenia to the Arab Republic of Egypt Ruben Karapetyan Armenia's
Plenipotentiary Representative in the League of Arab States,
