newly elected President of Armenia Serzh Sargysan had a phone talk,
Monday.
The governmental press service of Armenia reports Russian President
warmly congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on final confirmation of the
presidential election result by the Constitutional Court of Armenia and
his election to the post of president. V. Putin confirmed his earlier
invitation to the newly elected president of Armenia to visit Russia.
