DELEGATION OF RA MINISRTY OF DEFENCE LEAVES FOR BRUSSELS

YEREVAN, MARCH 10, NOYAN TAPAN. The delegation of the Ministry of
Defence of the Republic of Armenia left for Brussels on March 10 for
the purpose of taking part in the sitting of the military-political
head committee to be convened in the headquarters of NATO by
Armenia-NATO format. This information was provided to Noyan Tapan by
the Press Service of the RA Ministry of Defence.
Ara Nazarian, the RA Deputy MInister of Defence, Colonel David Tonoyan,
the Head of the Department for International Military Cooperation and
Defensive Programs, and Ara Mesropian, the acting Head of the Section
of the same department for Cooperation with NATO, are included in
the delegation.
During the sitting the delegation will discuss the brief report of the
Planning and Review process developed during the visit paid to Armenia
on February 4-8 by the NATO's assessment group and the objects of the
changed partnership, as well as the progress of the implementation of
the objects included in the second "Defensive and Military Problems"
part of the RA-NATO Individual Partnership Action Plan together with
the representatives of the NATO member countries.
