/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Those guilty of March 1 disorders will account for
their deeds, RA Prime Minister and President-elect Serzh Sargsyan
said at a meeting with students on March 12.
"The court verdict might be mild and President can grant a pardon
but people should know who plotted and perpetrated the crimes. The
trial will be transparent," he said, adding that people will decide
the fate of Armenia's first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
Asked whether Levon Ter-Petrosyan will be arrested, the PM said,
"Hearsay that Ter-Petrosyan will be arrested soon does not correspond
to the truth.
However, those who say that the authorities will not dare to arrest
him are mistaken. I am neither a judge nor a prosecutor and will
never interfere in their activities. But you will certainly witness
historical assessment of the current events," he said, IA Regnum
reports.
