OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS BRIEFED FOR MEMBER COUNTRIES' REPRESENTATIVES IN VIENNA

The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard
Fassier (France) and Mike Carpenter, Aide to Matthew Bryza (USA)
on 13 March held a closed briefing for the representatives of the
OSCE member countries (Germany, Turkey, Italy, Belarus, Finland,
Spain and Greece) at the Organization's Vienna office.
After briefing, the Russian co-chair said they briefed on the results
of talks after the meeting of foreign ministers of disputing countries
in Madrid in November last year, the efforts made in negotiations
and positions of the sides.
Noting that soon the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia
will meet, Y. Merzlyakov said the co-chairs' next meeting will be
specified after this meeting.
