Washington -APA. "It would be complicated for Armenia to sign
any document on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh," U.S "Jane's"
Investigation Center's experts came to such conclusion, APA reports
quoting "Regnum".
Experts consider taking into account promise of Levon Ter-Petrosyan
that after lifting of state of emergency, Armenia can face bigger
protest actions.
"The government can take a step toward totalitarianism to prevent
protest actions arresting former President. It would be complicated
for Armenia to sign any document on the settlement of Nagorno
Karabakh. Domestic stability is more important than negotiations and
chauvinist rhetoric is used to gain public support," said experts.
