YEREVAN, MARCH 18, NOYAN TAPAN. On March 18, RA President Robert
Kocharian signed laws on making amendments and addenda to the RA
law On Holding Meetings, Rallies, Processions, and Demonstrations
adopted by the National Assembly and to the RA Code of Administrative
Offences. Noyan Tapan was informed about it by the RA President's
