BLOCKS OF APARTMENTS IN THE PLACE OF FURNITURE FACTORY

The NKR government decided on March 18 to reorganize the Furniture
Factory of Stepanakert into Stepanakert Office of Implementation
of Investment Programs. According to the order of the government,
the public property run by the factory of furniture is transferred
to the Office of Investment Programs. The government has allocated
16.2 million drams from the Reserve Fund to sustain the Office.
According to Prime Minister Ara Harutiunyan, after the demolition of
the buildings of the furniture factory destroyed by the war blocks
of apartments will be built on private investments, which will be
sold to the citizens on mortgage loan.
