VARDAN OSKANIAN: ARMENIA IS LOYAL TO PRINCIPLES OF DOCUMENT WORKED OUT WITHIN FRAMEWORK OF OSCE MG

YEREVAN, MARCH 21, NOYAN TAPAN. On March 21, RA Foreign Minister
Vardan Oskanian met with heads of diplomatic representations having
residences in Yerevan and of international organizations' offices.
The meeting's goal was to present to foreign diplomats the steps aimed
at restoration of public solidarity taken by the Armenian authorities,
as well as to reaffirm the authorities' policy on holding all processes
within the framework of the Constitution and laws.
As Noyan Tapan was informed by the RA Foreign Ministry Press and
Information Department, V. Oskanian attached imortance to the fact of
signing the quadrilateral coalition memorandum mentioning that it gives
serious bases for confronting programs of political forces - coalition
members and to lead the country forward being guided by these programs.
V. Oskanian also presented Armenia's position on the voting of the
draft resolution introduced by Azerbaijan to the UN General Assembly
and on the situation formed after the voting. The RA Foreign Minister
emphasized that Armenia is loyal to the principles of the document
worked out within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group and considers
that the processes should go on within the framework of the Minsk
Group.
