The other day a group of specialists from RA visited Stepanakert
for the purpose of assisting restoring works of harmed buildings,
constructions damaged by unprecedented strong wind.The director of
"Kapital Shinararutyun" SNTO Samvel Ghoulian informed, that eight tens
workers visited Stepanakert have already divided into one and half tens
groups and work in different districts of the capital. The visitors
will remain in Artsakh about ten days. These groups will basically
work in the territory of Stepanakert. Samvel Ghoulian assured, that
local specialists and organizations have actively involved also in
restoring works.
"We've already got from the municipality the addresses of the
most damaged multy-stored buildings and institutions", -informed
S. Ghoulian, adding, that according to the list, the restoring
works will be realized quickly. For the works doing in the capital
and regions of the republic, a considerable amount of timbers and
sheet-leads have been already allocated. The works are going on.
