/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Abkhazia and South Ossetia should be recognized
by Russia. As to Transdnitria, our country risks to provoke a burst
of violence in this unrecognized republic, Russian State Duma member
Konstantin Zatulin told a conference titled Kosovo Casus.
"Nagorno Karabakh has more rights to independence than Kosovo," said
Ruben Zargaryan, an advisor to the NKR Foreign Minister. "We want
recognition to be the starting point but not the final. Presently,
the border of unrecognized Karabakh and the fate of refugees can be
under discussion."
Konstantin Zatulin said unlike South Ossetia, Abkhazia and
Transdnistria, which petitioned Russia for recognition, Nagorno
Karabakh did not submit any motion of the kind, the Russian News
Service reported.
