Armenian-captured Azerbaijani soldier wants to return to Azerbaijan

Representatives of the International Red Cross Committee (IRCC) last
visited Armenian-captured Azerbaijani soldier Yagub Allhaverdi oglu
Mukhtarov on March 18, Press-Service of IRCC Office in Azerbaijan
told APA.
The captive's mother Ulduz Mukhtarova told APA Shaki-Zagatala Bureau,
IRCC Azerbaijan Office informed them that Yagub Mukhtarov had already
received a letter from the parents. IRCC told captive's parents that
his son wanted to return to Azerbaijan.
Yagub Mukhtarov, 20, was taken prisoner on March 8 in the direction
of Tovuz Region. So far his family has received only one letter from
him.
