YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. Italian government provided B25000 to
Armenia for implementation of nine-month qualification-upgrading
    program for civil servants.

Italian Ambassador to Armenia Massimo Lavezo Casinelli said Friday
at the program presentation that the program's aim is to promote
transparency and accountability of governing agencies.

Casinelli thinks that this program will provide freedom of speech.

Civil Service Council Chairman Manvel Badalyan stressed the importance
    of the program.

The Italia-funded program is being implemented by Armenian Civil
