ARLINGTON, MARCH 31, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TAPAN. On April 3, the
Arlington Human Rights Commission will present a public dialogue,
"Perspectives on the Armenian Genocide. The guest speaker will be
Dikran M.
Kaligian, Ph.D. Dr. Kaligian is the Kaloosdian/Mugar Visiting Professor
of Armenian Genocide Studies at Clark University and Associate Editor
of the Armenian Review. He received his doctorate from Boston College,
where his dissertation was entitled, "The Armenian Revolutionary
Federation under Ottoman Constitutional Rule, 1908-1914".
