Turkey makes terms to Armenia: Karabakh and Genocide

between Armenia and Turkey unless there is a
breakthrough in the Karabakh process, said Hulusi
Kilic, Turkey's Ambassador to Baku.
`Turkey sets two conditions for establishment of
diplomatic relations with Armenia. First, progress
should be fixed in the Karabakh settlement process and
second, Armenia should `give up attempts' to represent
the 1915 events as the Armenian Genocide,' the Azeri
Press Agency reports.
