ARTHUR BAGHDASARIAN CONGRATULATES HIS NEW RUSSIAN COUNTERPART

YEREVAN, MAY 13, ARMENPRESS: Secretary of the Armenian National
Security Council, Arthur Baghdasarian, sent a message to his Russian
counterpart Nikolay Patrushev, appointed to this position on May
12. The presidential press office said the message runs as follows,
"Dear Mr. Patrushev, accept my sincere congratulations on your
appointment to the high position of Secretary of the Security Council
of the Russian Federation.
I am sure that your big experience and professional knowledge will
promote further strengthening of Russian statehood and Russian-Armenian
strategic partnership, as well as further expansion of cooperation
between our states both in the frameworks of the Commonwealth of
Independent States (CIS), the Collective Security Treaty Organization
(CSTO) and bilaterally.
I am confident that Russian-Armenian cooperation will keep on to
develop for the sake of our countries and nations.
I wish you good health, happiness and success in your work."
