ICRC REPRESENTATIVES MEET ARMENIANS DETAINED IN NAKHCHIVAN

Baku. Mahbuba Gasimbayli-APA. Representatives of ICRC Office in
Azerbaijan have met Armenians Vanik Zmboian, Artyom Zohrabian, Karen
Torosian and Agasi Enokian detained in Nakhchivan, Press Service of
ICRC Office in Azerbaijan told APA.
Their detention condition has been monitored during the
meeting. Armenians wrote letters to their relatives. It is the first
time that ICRC representatives have met them.
Armenian citizens have been arrested in Nakhchivan direction of contact
line of Azerbaijan-Armenia. Azerbaijani Defense Ministry provided
information that they tried to commit diversion in the territory of
Azerbaijan. The case is under investigation.
