NEW CHIEF OF RA POLICE APPOINTED
YEREVAN, 30.05.08. DE FACTO. According to a decree the RA President
Serge Sargsian signed on May 29 Hayk Harutyunian was dismissed from
the position of the Chief of Police under the RA government.
According to another decree of the state's President, Alik Sargsian
has been appointed the Chief of Police, the RA President's Press
Office reports. By the RA President's another decree Alik Sargsian has
been conferred the rank of General-Major of Police.
