ARPI VARDANYAN: "LET'S HOPE THAT OBAMA WILL KEEP PROMISE"

"Former Presidents of America have always given promises to recognize
Armenian Genocide but they have never kept their promises. In this case
one of the candidates McCain did not promise to recognize Armenian
Genocide but Obama has three times repeated in his campaign that
Genocide is a fact which should be recognized," said Arpi Vardanyan,
the director of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh office of Armenian
Congress in America.
The speaker says that on April 24 the new elected President of Amercia
will have a chance to keep his promise through his message sent to
Armenians. A. Vardanyan said that Armenian Community should keep
working hard to bring into life the promise of the President.
