ArmInfo. Turkey cannot act as a mediator in Karabakh conflict
settlement, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan at a joint
press-conference with Chairman of the European Commission Jose Manuel
Barroso in Brussels.
The Armenian president recalled that a joint Declaration was signed
in Moscow on November 2 together with the presidents of Russia
and Azerbaijan, according to which the settlement process should be
carried out within the frames of OSCE MG. As for Turkey, this country
is not the Minsk Group cochair, though it is a member of OSCE MG,
the Armenian president said.
