[Presenter] Commenting on the Karabakh conflict, the Azerbaijani
president hailed Turkey's position, saying that the Moscow-mediated
meeting between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia will serve
as a solid basis for the resolution of the conflict.
[Aliyev speaking in Turkey] I consider that the joint Moscow
declaration is a good basis. The crux of the declaration is about
international legal norms that have been stated there, and it
supports the decisions and resolutions adopted within the framework
of international legal norms and pays attention to the stage-by-stage
resolution of the issue. I consider that this could be a good basis
for the resolution of the issue.
