US ARMENIA ENVOY ASSERTS TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY PRINCIPLE

The principles of territorial integrity and self-determination should
be taken into consideration in settling the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict
over Upper (Nagorno) Garabagh, the newly-appointed US Ambassador to
Armenia, Marie Yovanovitch, has said. The diplomat said the context
of Garabagh settlement is guided by both principles not only in
Washington but also in the OSCE Minsk Group brokering the peace
process. Both principles should be taken into consideration in the
peaceful resolution of the Garabagh conflict, she said.
