GALUST SAHAKIAN ELECTED HEAD OF RA NA RPA FACTION

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 11, NOYAN TAPAN. Galust Sahakian was unanimously
elected head of the RA National Assembly RPA faction at the RPA
Board sitting convened late in the evening of November 10. He also
headed the faction in the NA of the previous convocation. As Noyan
Tapan correspondent was informed by RPA Spokesperson, NA deputy
E. Sharmazanov, G. Sahakian's candidature was the only one and was
nominated by RA President, RPA Chairman Serzh Sargsyan.
It should be mentioned that the post was vacant from September 30,
after former head of the faction Karen Karapetian was appointed head
of the RA President's administration.
