MEETING OF NKR LEADERS WITH HEADS OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES

As the Chief Informational Department of the NKR President's Staff
informs, on November 11, in the Officer's House of Stepanakert meeting
of the top leadership of the Republic with heads of the NKR local
self-government bodies took place.
During the meeting, in presence of representatives of legislative,
executive and judicial branches President of the Nagorno Karabagh
Republic Bako Sahakyan delivered a comprehensive speech.
