NKR PRESIDENT SIGNED SEVERAL DECREES ON AWARDING

YEREVAN, 14.11.08. DE FACTO. On November 12 the Nagorno-Karabagh
Republic President Bako Sahakian signed several decrees on awarding.
According to the information DE FACTO received at the Central
Informational Department of the Office of NKR President, for
substantial input into the development of the NKR's economy the Mesrop
Mashtots Order had been awarded to Andrei Rappoport, Chairman of
the Board of Directors of the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy
System open joint-stock company.
For services in the development of the NKR economy Karen Karapetian,
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director General of the
Armrusgazart closed joint-stock company, was awarded with Anania
Shirakatsi medal.
For substantial philanthropic activities the Gratitude medal was
awarded to Mels Hakobian, Director General of the International
Energy Corporation.
