VARDAN JHANGIRYAN DOES NOT RECUPERATE

Vardan Jhangiryan, the brother of Armenia's ex Deputy Prosecutor
General Gagik Jhaniryan, couldn't appear before the court today
because of his broken health.
During the previous sitting Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan denied
Jhangiryan's advocates' petition to intermit the court ruling by the
time Jhangiryan was able to attend the sittings.
Remind that Vardan Jhangiryan suffers from vertebral tuberculosis. His
health further aggravated after missile wound received on February
23 during the detention.
Note that Vardan Jhangiryan is charged with violence against a
government representative.
The next sitting is due on December 1.
