NAGORNYY KARABAKH HANDS OVER A RAIDER'S BODY TO AZERBAIJAN

ArmInfo. On November 19, through mediation of the International
Committee of the Red Cross, Nagornyy Karabakh authorities displayed
a goodwill gesture handing over a killed raider's body to Azerbaijan
without any preconditions, the NKR State Commission for POWs, Missing
Persons and Hostages reports.
As ArmInfo own correspondent to Stepanakert says, the State Commission
recalled that November 16 night 2008, a raiding group of Azerbaijani
armed forces made an attempt to penetrate into Karabakh detachments
rear area at the south-eastern part of the contact line, however, the
group was traced and one of its servicemen was killed during a fight.
