ANY POLITICAL FORCE HAS TO REALIZE

According to ARMEN ROUSTAMYAN, "Dashnaktsutyun sees to it that all the
discussions over the Karabakh issue eventually result in a pan-national
referendum, i. e. the approval or rejection of the people. If there
is currently no force participating in the political discussions,
does that mean they will refuse to participate in the referendum
tomorrow and boycott the event?
Any political force pursuing a national and state mentality has
to realize that there are issues that stand above their parties and
politics in general. These are issues of state and national importance,
and the interests of groups and parties should be subordinated to them.
If this mentality doesn't exist, we will never achieve our national
goals; we will repeat the same historical mistakes and fail again.
