MANVEL YEGHIAZARYAN, Commander of "Arabo" detachment yesterday welcomed
the President's initiative of inviting the party leaders to serious
discussions over the Karabakh issue.
"If the President invites the party leaders to discuss the issue,
they should participate in them. There, everyone may express his
opinion. Let someone strand and say, 'Mr. President, I don't like
the political course you pursue.' The President has made a right
decision. No one should solve the Karabakh issue on his own. This is
a good progressive step," the Commander finds.
