Yerevan/Istanbul. The Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Armenia Ali
Babacan and Edward Nalbandian are to meet on Monday, November 24th, in
Istanbul, the electronic edition of the Turkish Milliyet daily writes.
Edward Nalbandian arrives in Istanbul as a holder of the rotation
presidency of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Armenia took on
the rotation presidency on November 1st.
