the talks Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan will hold in Baku.
The Turkish Foreign Minister is scheduled to be in Azerbaijan on
November 30 and December 1 to meet with a number of Azeri high-ranking
officials, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
