On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Dramatic Theatre after
Hrachya Ghaplanyan Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on bestowing the
honorary title of Honoured Artist on Haikuhy Khudaverdyan and Karpis
Shamalyan for their great contribution to the dramatic art.
