YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 26, NOYAN TAPAN. By RA President Serzh Sargsyan's
decree, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Yerevan Hrachya
Ghaplanian Dramatic Theater, a title of Honored Artist was given to
theater actress Haykuhi Khudaverdian and actor Karpis Shamalian for
their considerable contribution in development of theatrical art.
