NALBANDIAN TO ATTEND BSEC FOREIGN MINISTERS 19TH SESSION

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian is departing for Tirana
today to participate in the 19th session of the BSEC Foreign Ministers
due on October 23, the RA MFA press office told PanARMENIAN.Net.
The Armenian Minister is scheduled to deliver a speech. Besides,
Armenia will assume the BSEC chairmanship during the session.
