ARF: DEPUTY LEFT FRACTION SHOULD BE DEPRIVED OF MANDATE

"Authorities and Opposition are two wings of the airplane, and the
airplane can not fly without one of them. Authorities-opposition
relationship should be constructive and this is National Assembly which
should guarantee it," said Armen Rustamyan, during the NA discussion
over Parliamentary Opposition and strengthening its authorizations
legislation. A. Rustamyan said that their fraction is pro to the
current legislation.
Talking about the deputies having mandates, A. Rustamyan said that the
deputies, for example, an ARF deputy should not be given opportunity
to reject implementing the decision made by the current fraction,
or to leave the fraction but remain a deputy. In this case the deputy
should be deprived from his mandate.
