PRESIDENT SARGSYAN HAD A FAREWELL MEETING WITH THE AMBASSADOR OF BELARUS

RA President Serzh Sargsyan had a farewell meeting with the Ambassador
of Belarus to Armenia, Mrs. Marina Dolgopolova on the occasion of
completion of her diplomatic mission.
The President assessed the five years of her tenure in office as
productive from the perspective of development of Armenian-Belarusian
relations, emphasizing the high level of the political dialogue between
the two countries and the positive dynamics of economic collaboration.
Speaking about cooperation in different spheres, Serzh Sargsyan
said when building their relations, Armenia and Belarus take into
consideration the fact that they both are members of the Collective
Security Treaty Organization and are therefore united by security
issues.
According to Marina Dolgopolova, being the first Ambassador of Belarus
to Armenia, she is pleased to have managed to create good bases for
the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
The Ambassador expressed gratitude for the support she received during
her tenure in office and noted that she is leaving Armenia with rich
impressions and bright memories. Mrs. Dolgopolova said she will always
remain a friend of Armenia.
President Sargsyan wished success to the diplomat in her future
activity.
