ARSEN MKRTCHYAN SWORN IN AS JUDGE OF THE COURT OF APPEAL

According to RA President Serzh Sargsyan's decree of August 6, Arsen
Lazarian was appointed judge of the Civil Court of Appeal of the
Republic of Armenia.
The newly appointed judge sworn in today in the presence of RA
President Serzh Sargsyan during the sitting of the Judicial Council.
Assuming the high position of the judge, he swore to "carry out the
duties of the judge in accordance with the Constitution and laws of
eth Republic of Armenia, be unbiased and principled, fair and humane,
to preserve sacredly all the requirements of the judge's position,
ensuring the rule of law and keeping high the reputation of the
judicial bodies."
Congratulating the newly appointed judge, President Sargsyan wished
him to be independent and unbiased in his activity.
