/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Turkey has been leading efforts to initiate talks
on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, and the three-way talks are a first
step in this direction, a Turkish expert said.
A breakthrough is unlikely to emerge in the short term, given the
approaching elections in Azerbaijan and the fact that Armenia would
not take any radical step without the blessing of Russia, said Yildiz
Deveci Bozkus, expert at the Ankara-based Center for Eurasian Strategic
Studies (ASAM), Today's Zaman reports.
