ACCUSING PARTY PROPOSED REMOVING ARTICLE 300

Today, at the Kentron-Nork Marash first instance court continues the
"7 case" trial. The accusing side, namely the prosecutor in case
Koryun Piloyan petitioned the court for changing the accusation in
regard with the amendments to the Articles 225 and 300.
According to Koryun Piloyan, the accusing party, proceeding from the
Articles 225 and 300 of the Armenian Crime Code, declines a part of
the accusation. Namely, the whole Article 300 is removed (usurpation
of the government), and the charge with the Article 225 is transformed
in organization of mass disorders.
