"I don't know where to go and whom to apply. They treated the relatives
of the ten victims very cruelly. This is apparent hooliganism,"
Sargis Qloyan, the father of a March 1 victim Gor Qloyan, said to A1+.
According to the recent amendments to Articles 225 and 300 of the
Criminal Code, the defendants under the "case of seven" no longer
are accountable for the ten victims of March 1.
The victims' relatives have said many times that the political
prisoners have nothing to do with the assassination of their sons. They
also demanded to sue the policemen using special devices on March 1.
In his today's speech Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan made no reference
to the ten victims.
"I doubt that the assassinations will ever be revealed, and the
killer-policemen will be brought to justice. I am deeply concerned
and offended. Today I asked the judge what I am supposed to do. He
promised to answer me later," says Sargis Qloyan,
Tigran Khachatryan's mother, Alla Hovhannisyan has been told that
she will be called to the special investigation service for further
elucidation.
"I have nothing else to add. What do they expect me to say? The
official data show the real assassins. I have no expectations from the
pre-trial body as it has been unable to disclose the killers within
a year. Everything is done to shelter the real criminals. I won't
sit idle or keep silent. I am determined to struggle till the end,
until the assassins get their punishment," said Mrs. Hovhannisyan.
The relatives are going to file an action against the policemen.
The case of our sons was not to be attached to the "case of
seven." I am glad that it is already separated. But I doubt that
the assassinations will be revealed during the tenure of these
authorities. I am more than confident that my son was shot dead by a
policeman. If the authorities opened fire at their compatriots, they
must bear responsibility for their misdeeds," said Jemma Vardumyan,
the mother of assassinated David Petrosyan.
