Author of the draft law on amendments to RA Law on Mass Media Viktor
Dallakyan and President of the Yerevan Press Club Boris Navasardyan
today discussed the draft law with journalists. The reporters disagreed
with the author on some points.

natural and other disasters, emergency zones, court hearings, as

and other gatherings. MP Viktor Dallakyan suggests adding such
provisions determining the rights and responsibilities of the
reporters, underlining that those are missing in the current law. He
also suggests determining the status of a free-lance correspondent.
President of the Yerevan Press Club Boris Navasardyan noted that
there are several initiatives, which should try to regulate the work
of reporters.
"We are concerned about it, since journalists are often criticized
