DOES THE HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDER SERVE THE AUTHORITIES?

Judging by the recent actions of the Human Rights Refender Armen
Harutunyan, we may say that he serves the authorities. This was stated
by the representative of the Armenian national congress (HAK) David
Shahnazarayn on April 3, at the National Media Club. He dwelt on this
topic, in reply to the reporters question on the destiny of the HAK
letter addressed to the ombudsman, which urged him to bring an action
in this connection at the Constitutional court. David Shahnazaryan
stated that the ombudsman does not seem to have any wish to do that.
