On April 6, the EU warrant came into force which instructs the
European internet-providers to conserve all the information about
their clients' net activities: sent mails, visited web-sites and
calls though internet. The warrant is aimed at the struggle against
the terrorism as well. The contents of the mails cannot be seen or
the phone conversations through internet will not be recorded. The
information will be used only to register the fact of the communication
of the clients. The data will be saved for 1 year. The government
have the right to enter in the information base only with the court's
decision. A lot of law enforcers consider that this warrant of the
European Union contradicts the principle of preserving the personal
immunity of people. For example, the Sweden government decide to
reject the Europe decision, and in Germany the court is examining
its legitimacy, the BBC reports.
