FOREIGN MINISTER'S ATTENDANCE TO ISTANBUL FORUM UNDEFINED

The Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan is currently in
Yerevan, Tigran Balayan of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told
Panorama.am. According to our sources, the Foreign Minister has not
yet decided whether to leave for Istanbul or not. It is important to
remind that according to the press release spread by the Foreign
Ministry dated on 3 April, Minister Nalbandyan should attend
"Alliance of Civilizations" forum in Istanbul on 6-7 April. High
ranking officials from other countries, Presidents, Ministers and
Prime Ministers arrived in Istanbul to attend the forum.
